[RHEV] VM is not starting with "Exit message: internal error boot orders have to be contiguous and starting from 1".
Issue
- Upgraded the RHEV from 3.0 to 3.1
- After Upgrade not able to restart the VM. It is giving below error.
VM xyz is down. Exit message: internal error boot orders have to be contiguous and starting from 1.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1
