Application deployed on JBoss EWS does not stop correctly when packaging JDBC driver

Issue

  • We are having an issue while stopping the jboss enterprise web server, It is not unregistering all the resources; it fails with the following error message.
org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader clearReferencesJdbc
SEVERE: The web application [/Abc] registered the JDBC driver [oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver] but failed to unregister it when the web application was stopped. To prevent a memory leak, the JDBC Driver has been forcibly unregistered.
