PSH flag not set on TCP/wireshark
Issue
- A client connection coming in through firewall and talks to Oracle over VPN
- It is observed that the client side sends a RST back and drops the connection at a time, not a consistent time, and for no apparent reason on one server.
- It is observed that PSH flag is not set on the connection for this server.
