RHCS 3 - after enabling upmap balancer we can see in ceph-mgr log messages like "-1 calc_pg_upmaps failed to build overfull"
Issue
After enabling ceph-mgr module balancer in upmap mode, we can see in ceph-mgr logs messages like:
# grep "calc_pg_upmaps failed to build" /var/log/ceph/*
/var/log/ceph/ceph-mgr.mons-2.log:2019-11-08 05:47:16.831349 7f7fd2290700 -1 calc_pg_upmaps failed to build underfull
