Ceph - An RGW service is down and RGW logs show "Cannot assign requested address"
Issue
- An RGW service is not running and when reviewing the RGW logs the following are observed:
2019-09-30 18:33:20.206047 7f6fb5ee0000 0 civetweb: 0x5645b7df5e60: cannot bind to 10.74.252.88:7480: 99 (Cannot assign requested address)
