Updating Red Hat Satellite to 6.6 removes hosts and content hosts

After upgrading to Red Hat Satellite 6.6 some capsules could not be upgraded because they where not registered anymore.

The upgrade to Satellite 6.6 Server was successful and without any error, but it seems the update deleted some hosts and all content host are not registered anymore.

We saw some delete events after upgrading to Red Hat Satellite 6.6.
