"openshift-install create" prompting for platform selection in OpenShift v4.2

Issue

• Installing Red Hat OpenShift Conatiner Platform 4.x on bare metal servers.
• The following prompt is provided when attempting to install:

./openshift-install create manifests --dir=/install/ocp42

? The platform on which the cluster will run.  For a full list of platforms, including those not supported by this wizard, see https://github.com/openshift/installer

? Platform  [Use arrows to move, type to filter]

> aws

  azure

  gcp

  openstack

• Since this is a bare metal UPI install, it should not prompt for a provider.
