"pcs resource update <resource> op" does not update the resource op properly in a RHEL 6 High Availability clusters with pacemaker

Issue

  • pcs update resource with operation does not work as expected.
  • When I run pcs resource update <resource> op ..., instead of updating the operation, the parameters are added to the resource.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
  • pacemaker
  • pcs prior to release 0.9.90-2.el6
