Why does the clvmd init script hang on vgscan in RHEL 4.6?
Issue
- In a 6 node cluster, 2 nodes fail to start clvmd init servers due to hanging vgscan.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.6
- LVM2
