JBoss ON shows EAP6 went DOWN and sending false alerts due to availability timeout

Issue

JBoss ON is sending a Down alert and then 1 minute later an UP alert, EAP hasn't been restarted, it's still running.
JBoss ON shows EAP6 went DOWN and sending false alerts.
The agent is timing out the availability check at 10 seconds even though I increased the rhq.agent.plugins.availability-scan.timeout setting to 15 seconds.
