How to remove links to Site , Group and Dashboard from the admin tool bar ?

The pages of the portal are coming fine when users are not logged in. If a user logs-in, links to the below are presented to the user.
- Site
- Group
- Dashboard
How to remove/hide these links from the portal page ?

Is there any way to hide dashboard menu on top of portal, only for some users?
