Issue

• Why showing NIC inactive for Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM57711E 10-Gigabit PCIe while installing RHEV Hypervisor on HP ProLiant BL460c G6

• At the time of installation the two Ethernet Ports are detected as follows:

     Name            Driver       MAC
  1) eth0            bnx2x        d8:d3:85:5b:c2:20
  2) eth1            bnx2x        d8:d3:85:5b:c2:24
  

But shows ethernet inactive, although presses YES to configure the same

NIC is: INACTIVE
Help identify eth0 by blinking the lights for 10 seconds ([Y]es or [N]o)?

• Output of mii-tool is "SIOCGMIIPHY on "ethX" failed: resource temprarily unavailable". The output of "ethtool" shows shows "no link detected" and "operstate" shows "down".
