In the creation of XFS filesystems, when executing
blockdev --reportthere are some DM with a BSZ of 512 instead of 4096, we would like to find the pattern by which this is so or if it is done automatically.
Why are some DM with BSZ of 512 after creating XFS filesystems? We would expect BSZ 4096 when checking with
blockdev --report, or is there some automatic behaviour that changes it?
