OpenShift Enterprise's managment web console doesn't show the 'sign out' menu option
Issue
- In the OpenShift Enterprise
console.confconfiguration file there's this option:

# This is necessary to provide the "logout" menu option in the header
DISABLE_USER=true
- But even after enabling it the only menu option is "My Account", while in OpenShift Online we can see the "Sign out " menu option correctly.

- OpenShift Enterprise 1.2
- OpenShift Enterprise 2.0
