"ORA-12899: value too large for column" exception when importing certificate in RH-SSO

When we try to import a certificate, RH-SSO throws an error:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "SSO"."CLIENT_ATTRIBUTES"."VALUE" (actual: 2354, maximum: 2048)
