What is the function of service is libvirt-guests? How do I change the default options configured?

Issue

• What is the function of service "libvirt-guests"?

• KVM guests configured for auto starting are saved on host shutdown and resumed while booting the host. How do I change this so that the guest will be shutdown while host is shutdown and guest will be started while host is booting up?

• If the VM get destroyed while the host is shut down next time guest will fail to bootup with the following error :

Error restoring domain: Unable to read from monitor: Connection reset by peer
