How to Add '_netdev' Mounting Option In Openshift Container Storage, for an Independent Setup?

Issue

• When provisioning either a Gluster file system or a block-volume device, Heketi is responsible for creating bricks and mounting them on the Gluster servers under the path /var/lib/heketi/mounts. In addition, an entry at /etc/fstabfile is added for each such fileystem ( please note we're considering here the case of an OCS independent setup ). However, when NBDE encryption is used, it´s required that these fstab entries that are dynamically created by Heketi, have the _netdevoption added. Otherwise, the system will fail to boot.
• How to add this mount option then, by default?
