Issue

  • nanosleep() is unstable on xen kernel and ntpd with -x option
  • nanosleep() which is used like usleep command is unstable
  • Even if nanosleep() doesn't sleep for specific time, it returns 0 (successfully)

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4
  • kernel-xen-2.6.18-164.el5
    
  • ntpd -x
