Why system throws error "bad interpreter: No such file or directory" at the time of booting ?

Issue

  • After removing the vmware tools package getting below error, while system startup.
Starting udev: /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: /etc/sysconfig/modules/vmware-pvscsi.modules: /usr/bin/env: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux [ALL]
  • VMware Tools
