Unable to login to JON or view UI when using IE8 with security zone level set to high

Issue

  • Cannot login
  • Does not display login prompt
  • Need to know the minimum IE8 configuration required

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (JON) 3.1
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 8 (IE8)
  • IE security zone for JBoss ON server host address is set to High
    • Active scripting is disabled
    • Allow META-REFRESH is disabled
  • IE 8 Crome framework
