Fuse 6. 2 Spring to Fuse 7.3 Blueprint - list bundle state

Issue

• In Fuse 6.2, the fuse console list command displayed the following fields for an Spring XML bundle:

   ID   State         Blueprint      Spring    Level  Name
[3102] [Active     ] [            ] [Started] [   80] xyz-process.xml (0.0.0)

In Fuse 7.3, the fuse console list command displayed the following fields for a Blueprint XML bundle:

 ID | State  | Lvl | Version                         | Name
312 | Active |  80 | 0.0.0                           | xyz-process.xml

In 6.2, the Blueprint or Spring column would display the Bundle State (e.g. [Started]).
This helps to tell if the bundle had an error and didn't start or not.

• Is there any way in Fuse 7.3 to display the Bundle State from the console?
