While migrating a Satellite client to another Capsule Server using the bootstrap.py script, the "registered_through" field for host is not updated immediatly

Issue

• We are trying to balance our Satellite clients over the 7 Capsule servers we have
• To migrate a client to a different Capsule server we use the bootstrap.py script with the --new-capsule option
• This does not update the 'Registered To:' field (see 'hammer host info' output) of the migrated host, which leaves us with no way to see (at least not in Satellite) which host is connected to which Capsule server after moving/migrating a group of hosts
