Can I use meta character to the password of fencing-agent in RHEL ?

Issue

• Can I use meta character to the password of fencing-agent in RHEL ?

fence_vmware_soap -o list --ip xxxx -z --username xxxxx --password xxxxx

No hndlers could be found for logger "suds.client"
Unable to connect/login to fencing device

• Test with meta character password and then meet like error message.
