Why link is showing 100MBPS for Xen DomU although Xen Dom0 have 1000MBPS NIC

Issue

Xen Dom0 have 1000Mbps NIC and the ethtool negotiates the 1000Mbps link, but Windows 2003 HVM DomU shows only 100Mbps speed.
