Issue

  • After installing Nvidia driver mouse and keyboard do not work. Looking at the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf there appears to be an issue in which the mouse and keyboard are being disabled:
[    25.318] (==) ModulePath set to "/usr/lib64/xorg/modules"
[    25.318] (WW) Hotplugging is on, devices using drivers 'kbd', 'mouse' or 'vmmouse' will be disabled.
[    25.318] (WW) Disabling Keyboard0
[    25.318] (WW) Disabling Mouse0
[    25.318] (II) Loader magic: 0x810020
  • How is it possible to get the mouse and keyboard working again?
