RHV VMs paused indefinitely after a storage outage
Issue

A storage outage occurred, causing Storage Domains to become inaccessible. VMs went into a
pausedstate. -
On recovery from the outage, the Storage Domains returned to an online state, but some VMs did not resume execution and remained
paused.

- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.2, 4.3
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.5, 7.6 host;
- vdsm-4.20.32-1.el7ev.x86_64
- vdsm-4.30.13-4.el7ev.x86_64
