Satellite upgrade fails with error "Could not upgrade database"
Issue
- upgrading satellite server to 5.4
- install.pl --upgrade fails with the message 'Could not upgrade database'
- log file /var/log/rhn/upgrade_db.log shows that the script failed with the oracle error ORA-04031: unable to allocate 3896 bytes of shared memory
Environment
- Red Hat Network Satellite with embedded Oracle database
