[QA][5.4] About "Errors-To:" header of sendmail.
Issue
- Errors are notified to an address specified in "Errors-To:" header when sendmail fails to send a mail to a *local* network, but are not notified when it fails to send a mail to a *global* network. Is behavior expected or is it a bug?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Update 4
- Architecture: Intel64
- Kernel Version: kernel-2.6.18-164.15.1.el5
- Related Package Version: sendmail-8.13.8-8.el5
