Want to avoid GAV check in decision-central/business-central project deploy in RHDM/RHPAM

Issue

• I get "Conflicting Repositories" "The following Repositories already contain Artifact" pop-up every time I click "Deploy" a project in decision-central. Can I suppress it?
• I get "DUPLICATE_RESOURCE" error when I deploy a project after modification but with the same version via REST API.
