Issue

Add the following Userspace Probes to SystemTap
- glibc
  - function entries : syscall entry/exits to replace strace, others for some ltrace
  - malloc : unusual events like mmap_threshold modification, new arena allocation
  - pthread : primitive events for monitoring lock creation
- OpenMPI
  - For monitoring critical performance or problematic behavior specifically lock contention and mpi collective operations.
- OpenMP
  - For monitoring critical performance or problematic behavior in OpenMP shared-memory parallel programming.
