FTP consumer with custom client exceeds server connection limit
Issue

Issues with camel ftp consumers if combined with a custom ftp client. More specifically :
- multiple routes consuming from the same ftp account
- each endpoint has a different path in the uri
- AND we are using a custom ftp client

the outcome is:
- ftp 530 and 550 errors as well as NPEs
- after a few minutes the session limit of 50 server sessions is exceeded
- no transfers are performed
