Issue

• After installing (with yum) all available cartridges, I still only see previously installed cartridges.

• I have run the following to make sure that the cartridges are installed.

    # yum install openshift-origin-cartridge-*
    # oo-admin-cartridge -a install -R -s /usr/libexec/openshift/cartridges/v2/

• Client tools (or Web Console) only show a sub-set of what is installed.
