Services are created but not updated through either the Admin Portal or the "Proxy Update" API call on Red Hat 3scale API Management

Issue

• Services were created successfully, but their update not showing up in the Admin Portal.
• After creating and updating a Service using the API calls "Service Create" and "Proxy Update" respectively, it still shows the message "To get started with this service on APIcast, add the base URL of your API and save the configuration." under the Service's settings in the Admin Portal.
