I added an arbiter brick to volume. The brick did not appear on one of the existing nodes.

Issue

Any gluster volume command should give the same results on all nodes in the peer group. All gluster volume commands are run by the glusterd service. The glusterd services on each node should communicate with each other. If changes appear on some nodes but not all nodes, the fault likely lies with the glusterd service on the different node.
