Issue

-Can’t download JBoss SOA platform 5.0.2 from the link underneath:

https://access.redhat.com/jbossnetwork/restricted/listSoftware.html

Resolution

Several customer tickets were opened. It became apparent it was a customer portal problem.

Opened a ticket with helpdesk. Also, BZ was established to track it: BZ 644034
