How may I display downtime for inactive VMs ?

Issue

• RFE - VM downtime information
• Currently within RHEV in the admin portal there is an 'uptime' column to tell us how long a VM has been up with a status of 'up'.
• We manage over 1000 VMs within our RHEV environment and do not require all VMs to be active. However we would like an enhancement to tell us how long the VM has been down for. This would be an extremely useful feature as currently we do not know if a VM has been down for hours or months. This would allow us to manage our environent more effectively.
• A good location for this, from our point of view, would be the 'uptime' column, it could be enhanced to reflect uptime or downtime.
