gedit search generates error

Issue

Gedit search generates error.  When people try using the Search/Find in gedit, it generates the following error:

Could not find the required widgets inside"/usr/share/gedit-2/glade/replace.glade2". Please, reinstall gedit.

Output from the command line is below:

# gedit foo

(gedit:9119): libglade-WARNING **: Could not load support for `gnome': libgnome.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

(gedit:9119): libglade-WARNING **: unknown widget class 'GnomeEntry'

(gedit:9119): libglade-WARNING **: unknown widget class 'GnomeEntry'

(gedit:9119): Gtk-WARNING **: Ignoring the separator setting
