Request for KDE version 4.6 or higher in RHEL7

Issue

• We use remote desktop (Exceed onDemand) to enable our employees and or ThirdParty companies to work remotely in our data-centers. We are looking for slim desktops for optimal user experience and to minimize network traffic and server load. We submit this feature request for KDE 4.6 or higher to take benefit of the modular build KDE desktop:
• KDE is moving (v4.6 and higher) towards a modular desktop with a small footprint, to be used on different kind of devices (desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile) This new modular KDE4 will offer the real benefits (less memory and cpu usage, smaller footprint, fast) and is available from version 4.6 and higher.
