[Satellite6] /var/lib/qpidd disk usage grows over time, esp. after qpidd restart

Issue

• noticed that /var/lib/qpidd/ directory content grows over time
• qpid-stat -q (with SSL arguments) shows a constant number of queues and no queue having a (big) backlog of messages
• an evident increase of disk space usage happens during qpidd restart (or within katello-service restart or foreman-maintain service restart that both trigger the one service restart)
