Kickstart two-step packages installation is not optimal
Issue
When kickstarting a system using Satellite, packages are first installed in a first step and errata updates are applied in a second one during %post.
* This means that while errata are being fetched and installed the user has no visibility over what is being done on the system. Nonetheless bandwidth utilization is not optimal because old packages are first fetched and installed, then replaced by newer ones. This is particularly unwanted in their geographically dispersed environment.
* Currently we are using a custom repository to install newer packages all in one go in order to save bandwidth. We would like Satellite to be able to handle this better natively.
* If an infrastructure is geographically dispersed and sometimes uses links which aren't as reliable or fast as a LAN, optimizing the way packages are delivered to their systems is critical.
