Network filesystems cannot be mounted at boot time
Issue
- Network services are not mounted at boot time.

Logs indicate an error in reaching the host, such as:
Oct 5 09:41:28 foo mount: mount error 113 = No route to host
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4, 5 or 6
- Network filesystem (CIFS, NFS)
