kdump/fadump fails to capture dump when "console=ttyS0" specified on kernel command line of PowerVM
Issue
The kdump/fadump fails to capture dump when "console=ttyS0" specified on kernel command line of PowerVM. This parameter is normally used to ensure console messages appear on the dashboard.
