KDE43- observing Refresh screen issue when moving Window.
Issue
- KDE4 stops refreshing screen and clock when;
- Settings "System Settings\Window Behavior\Moving
- Mark only "Display window geometry when moving or resizing"
- Click Apply
- Move konsole window over desktop, keep left mouse button pressed during moving
- clock freezes
- desktop is overwritten/stamped with geometric block
- Settings "System Settings\Window Behavior\Moving
