RHEL7: Kernel panic with fileaccess_mod at Bad RIP.

Issue

  • Issues with unexpected kernel panic and reboot events. Some of the issues have been identified as problems with McAfee ENSL kernel module (fileaccess_mod). However this latest event is not pointing to the that kernel module.
