virsh reports an improper message when virt-domjobabort is run.

Issue

  • virsh reports an improper message when virt-domjobabort is run.We run virt-domjobabort to a guest OS during "virsh dump" and virsh aborts with the following message.

# virsh dump <domain-name>  <core-file-path>
error: Failed to core dump domain <domain-name> to <corefilepath>
error: operation failed: Migration was cancelled by client

  • The virsh migration is cancelled although there is no operation for the guest OS MIGRATION.  The said error message is reported as well in "save", "managedsave", and "migrate". 

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

  • Architecture: x86_64

  • Kernel Version:  kernel-2.6.32-71.el6.x86_64

  • Related Package Version:  libvirt-client-0.8.1-27.el6.x86_64
