Unable to remove email notification recipient(s) from support case

Environment

Issue

  • Removing a CC from a case doesn't work
  • If you remove a CC from a case by pressing the X next to it, it disappears but this doesn't get saved. When you refresh the page etc it is still there. If you add a CC however it does seem to get saved.
  • deleting a user that is in CC does not work

Resolution

  • This is currently being addressed by the Red Hat Customer Platform team via private bugzilla 957834.
