Issue

  • libvirtd reports the following error message to /var/log/messages when virt-v2v migrates from a guest OS on VMware ESX to KVM.

Sep  6 16:31:25 tx300s4-1 libvirtd: 16:31:25.059: error : qemudDomainGetVcpus:6325 : Requested operation is not valid: cannot list vcpu pinning for an inactive domain

  • Partner would like to know why virt-v2v reports the above error message and how to resolve it.
