Users are experiencing extreme slowness when they access application running on OpenShift Container platform.
Issue
- Web traffic is distributed across pods unevenly
- Scaling up pods does not cause web traffic to be redistributed
- One application pod is spiking with web traffic while other pods are not utilized at all
