upgrade failed due to kubernetes-client package conflict

Issue

• Upgrading cluster from 3.9.71 to the latest version of 3.10
• The upgrade fails with the following error message:

Transaction check error:
                 file /usr/bin/kubectl from install of atomic-openshift-clients-3.10.127-1.git.0.dab74c6.el7.x86_64 conflicts with file from package kubernetes-client-1.5.2-0.7.git269f928.el7.x86_64
