Exception handling and soap fault in JBoss SOA-P

Issue

A Webservice is developed in ESB by providing inXsd,outXsd and soapFault.  In the event of any exception in ESB action flow, how can I populate the soap fault fields with customized values and send the fault response back ?  For example during transformation action in ESB action flow an exception occurred soap fault response has to be sent back to the caller with user defined soap fault values(Faultcode,FaultReason..etc values needs to modified).What do I need to do to get the Error Messages from my Exception as a SOAP Fault XML to the Client?
